Position Overview:

This position is for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States supporting our sports projects, reporting to our Sports Market Segment Group. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives to ensure alignment with client goals from initiation to project completion.
  • Understand and interpret contract documents, including contracts, plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Turner MEP staff, including conducting performance appraisals.
  • Oversee daily activities of engineers, superintendents, and subordinates.
  • Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close-out processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in design, cost, sequence, logistics, and field installations of Mechanical and Electrical systems, or equivalent training and experience. LEED accreditation is preferred. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of project management software are required. Leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate construction sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring vision, dexterity, and physical stamina. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment:

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Safety precautions are necessary.
