Job summary

Cabrillo Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative (Floater) to provide branch coverage across multiple locations and deliver high-quality member service in person or by phone. You will assist with opening accounts, handling deposits, and resolving member inquiries while maintaining knowledge of credit union products and policies.

The role requires excellent communication, active listening, and the ability to travel between branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years member/customer service experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Member Services Rep with Floater experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills; able to follow policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branch locations to provide coverage during staffing shortages or high-volume periods.
• Greet and assist members and visitors professionally and process transactions accurately.
• Provide information on products and policies to members in person or by phone.
• Respond to member requests promptly and accurately; resolve issues or escalate.
