IME RESOURCES LLC is seeking an entry-level Traveling Receptionist based in Glendale, CA, with travel to surrounding clinic sites. The role offers hourly pay and travel reimbursement.

You will greet examinees, answer calls, prepare paperwork, and support clinicians across multiple sites. This position requires a valid driver's license and able to travel regularly, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and internet use.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and strong time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in examinees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Prepare charts and paperwork for appointments.
• Escort examinees to exam rooms.
• Help maintain a clean, organized lobby area.
• Assist physicians and clinic staff as needed.
• Monitor workflows and ensure appointments stay on schedule.
• Support the Clinic Director with administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities.
