Job summary

Patient First is seeking an inventory coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, and stocking at multiple medical centers in Virginia. You will maintain the center inventory database, communicate with staff, and travel between centers as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic knowledge of medical supplies, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Travel and own transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical supplies a plus.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, or related environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and stock inventory at medical centers with minimal disruption to patients and staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with administrative and center staff.
• Communicate with center staff regarding backorders and discrepancies.
• Maintain the center inventory database.
• Ensure inventory and supplies are adequate for center operations.
• Travel to multiple centers as directed.
• Operate and maintain medical and office equipment as trained.
