Job summary

St. Francis Center seeks a Central Supply Clerk to efficiently provide supplies and equipment for the team. The role emphasizes maintaining inventory, processing weekly orders for medical and related supplies, and verifying orders against purchase orders.

The position requires ability to load/unload pallets, knowledge of medical equipment, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. High school diploma and familiarity with PO procedures are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have computer experience, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to load and unload pallets and boxes; knowledge of medical equipment.
• High school graduates with knowledge of purchase order procedures and strong planning/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Check stock levels and maintain inventory of all supplies.
• Place weekly orders for medical, personal, enteral feedings/tubing and oxygen supplies.
• Check incoming orders against purchase orders.
• Review monthly invoices for price changes and adjust charges accordingly.
• Reevaluate levels through the week to anticipate upcoming needs.
• Keep the central supply and equipment room organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
