Job summary

Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions seeks a trainee installer to support the installation of medical imaging equipment in hospital facilities. You will train with an experienced lead installer and learn every aspect of the mechanical installations process for X-ray, CT, and MRI systems.

This role involves extensive travel within our nationwide regions, lifting up to 80 lbs, setting up control rooms and equipment, and performing device startups.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively to medical facilities.
• Physical stamina for lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Interest in mechanics, technology and precision work.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to medical facilities to assemble and install imaging devices.
• Learn installations from an experienced lead installer on-site.
• Set up control rooms and equipment; pull and connect power cables.
• Perform startups of imaging devices.
• Note: role is travel- and overtime-intensive with travel time paid as overtime.
