Job summary

Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions is seeking a trainee installer to learn the mechanical installation of high-tech imaging and diagnostic systems in medical facilities. You will travel to clinics, work under an experienced lead installer, and assist with rigging, unpacking and setting devices.

Starting as a trainee, you will receive hands-on training, pursue internal certifications, and have opportunities to advance to lead installer roles.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to medical facilities nationwide.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Experience with mechanical installations is a plus.
• Background checks and drug testing are required pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to medical facilities within regions to assemble and install imaging devices (rigging, unpacking, setting devices).
• Learn installations under an experienced lead installer through on-site training.
• Setup control rooms and equipment; pull and connect power cables; perform device startups.
• Understand travel and overtime expectations; overtime hours and per diem apply for overnight travel.
• Overtime and travel time are paid at full rate; company provides tools, transportation, lodging.
