Job summary

360care is seeking a dedicated professional to assist physicians in long-term care facilities, supporting audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services. You will manage charting, equipment care, and coordination with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires full-time commitment with travel to facilities up to 100% and a focus on HIPAA compliance, accuracy in documentation, and exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Two-step TB test completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in a courteous manner.
• Prepare charts before visits and maintain accurate EMR records.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies; ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
• Post charges and generate daily production reports.
• Travel to assigned facilities up to 100% of the time.
