Job summary

360care is seeking healthcare support staff to assist physicians at long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services.

You will maintain clinical records in the EMR, prepare charts, and help manage equipment and supplies while traveling to assigned facilities within up to a 2.5 hour radius. A strong focus on accuracy and patient care is required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• Must have good computer skills and clear communication.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge is essential.
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record is required.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare and complete chart prep on scheduled patients.
• Verify and maintain clinical records and charts in the EMR.
• Maintain and audit medical charts and documentation.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager.
• Post charges to provider records in a timely fashion.
• Ensure medical equipment is cleaned and maintained after visits.
• Coordinate patient flow and schedule optimization with branch staff.
• Travel up to 100% to facilities within a 2.5 hour radius.
