Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with PMs, GCs, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction crews across multiple sites.
• Plan and coordinate installation work to meet milestones and budgets.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and conduct site safety meetings.
• Interpret drawings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage union relations and CBA compliance on site.
• Inspect workmanship and implement corrective actions.
