Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a mechanical superintendent in Raleigh, NC, responsible for overseeing field project teams and ensuring high-quality standards on multimillion-dollar projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of supervisory experience, knowledge in complex duct systems and hydronic piping, and familiarity with project management technology. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Experience with HVAC or Plumbing systems a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold core values of integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
• Coordinate production and resolve conflicts with contractors.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.

Skills

Experience with complex Duct Systems

Experience with Hydronic piping systems

Skilled field supervisor experience

Proficient knowledge of IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards

Familiarity with project management applications

OSHA 30 certification

Education

Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license
