Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Traveling Project Executive to lead large-scale mechanical installations valued over $50M. The role requires on-site leadership at major project sites to ensure schedules and budgets are met, drawing on expertise in MEP systems and VDC workflows.

You will coordinate with fabrication and field teams, manage risk, and align regional leaders to optimize labor and resources.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of industrial MEP systems and VDC workflows.
• Experience leading on-site teams on large-scale mechanical projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site operations for mechanical projects valued at $50M and above, maintaining presence at the project site as required.
• Facilitate complex coordination between fabrication shops and field installation teams to maximize efficiency.
• Manage high-level risk mitigation strategies and resolve field-level disputes involving labor, scheduling, or technical specifications.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure labor resources are optimized across geographic territories.
