Job summary

Theuniversityunion is seeking a Mechanical Installer to lead and assist in the installation of conveyors and related systems at customer sites. You will work under the Crew Lead, using a range of tools and equipment to complete install tasks and ensure safety compliance.

Role requires reading blueprints, performing welding, and supporting integration and testing of equipment at installations. Extensive travel is expected to support nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience reading drawings/floor plans.
• Able to operate hoists, lift trucks and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install conveyors and systems using hoists, lift trucks, and tools.
• Follow manufacturers instructions and safety standards during installation.
• Provide feedback from builds and on-site experiences to improve processes.
