Batchelor & Kimball seeks a Mechanical Construction Superintendent to lead multiple job sites across our projects, coordinating with General Contractors and Owners to ensure safety and quality while meeting schedule and budget targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of mechanical construction, ability to travel to sites, and leadership of field crews; familiarity with lean practices and construction management methods is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction and piping projects.
• Knowledge of construction management methods and productivity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-project planning and provide practical scheduling guidance.
• Lead pre-construction conferences with subcontractors and B&K team.
• Inspect work progress for compliance and safety.
