Job summary

gpac partners with a well-established mechanical contractor to recruit a Mechanical Construction Project Manager who will oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States. The role demands 5+ years of PM experience, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and leadership across multiple projects.

Candidates should be proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and be willing to travel to project sites

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience.
• Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).
• Willingness to travel.
