Shift availability includes 35+ hours weekly, nights and weekends, with some travel. You may also cover the salesfloor, stock, price, and merchandise while assisting customers and maintaining department standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Work Experience: Must be a trained and experienced cutter familiar with all phases of meat productions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat items for sale following cutting lists for maximum yield.
• Assist customers with special requests and provide custom cuts when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment in the Cutting Room.
