Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Bowling Green, KY seeks an MDS float candidate who is detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to perform resident assessments and meet with families. The role requires travel to centers Monday–Friday, with overnight stays as needed.

You must hold current RN or LPN licensure with multi-state eligibility and have a minimum of three years MDS experience in a long-term care setting. Mileage and lodging are reimbursed, and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as RN or LPN with multi-state licensure eligibility.
• Minimum of three years MDS experience in a long-term care setting.
• Willingness to travel to centers up to 100% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide MDS coverage for open positions and educate programs related to RAI, PPS, QM, Medicaid/Medicare guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Reimbursement Specialist on onboarding of new MDSC.
• Demonstrate competency across RAI, Care Planning, PPS and related regulations.
