Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking an MDS Float Candidate (RN or LPN) to provide MDS coverage across facilities in KY, TN, IN and NC. The role requires extensive travel Monday through Friday with overnight stays and mileage lodging reimbursement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of MDS experience in long-term care and current multi-state licensure eligibility. Join us to support resident assessments and pathways to quality outcomes in a family-based care network.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure with ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
• Minimum of three (3) years MDS experience in a long-term care setting.
• Travel to centers up to 100% of the time with overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide MDS coverage for open positions, educate and implement programs that apply to the RAI, PPS, QM’s, Medicaid Casemix and Medicare guidelines for all SHC stakeholders.
• Assist and collaborate with Clinical Reimbursement Specialist with onboarding of new MDSC.
• Exhibit competency in all areas of the RAI, Care Planning, PPS, Medicare, and Medicaid Case Mix when applicable.
