Job summary

Kaplan North America is seeking MCAT Prep Instructors to teach in-person classes across the College Station/Texas Triangle area, including Houston, Dallas, and Austin. You will work part-time, travel to locations, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen teaching and mentoring skills.

Ideal candidates are current medical students or graduates with MCAT scores above 515, able to work in the U.S., and comfortable collaborating with a remote manager.

• Scores above 515 on the MCAT.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person MCAT sessions across multiple regional locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver MCAT prep and content.
• Prepare students using a curated curriculum to master MCAT language.
• Support students in and out of class to develop critical thinking in sciences.
• Engage in ongoing professional training and development.
• Enjoy a flexible, part-time teaching schedule.
• Coordinate training and class prep remotely from home.
