Job summary

Crest Healthcare Group is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and repair services at long-term care facilities across Central Illinois, including Springfield and Charleston. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity requiring regular travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly throughout Central Illinois.
• Dependable, organized, and professional.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity requiring regular travel between facilities in the Springfield, Charleston, and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, and comfortable troubleshooting and completing projects independently.
