Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash seeks a Traveling Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facilities across the NW Florida and Alabama region. The role combines hands-on technical work with frequent travel and strong customer service. You will oversee maintenance for multiple locations, with district manager support for budgeting and P&L responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Car Wash equipment knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel to all locations nationwide.
• Proficiency in plumbing is required.
• Some welding experience is preferred.
• Small motor repair skills are needed.
• Basic facility/building repairs ability.
• Computer and software proficiency expected.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other office machines.

Responsibilities

• Support management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues.
• Facility management across multiple sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies; oversee maintenance for 4+ locations with District Manager support.
• Manage P&L and maintenance budget with District Manager support.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with field staff and vendors.

TRAVELING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you ready to combine your technical expertise with your love for travel? Sud Stop Car Wash seeks a driven, organized, and dedicated Traveling Maintenance Technician to keep our cutting‑edge car wash facilities running smoothly across the North West Florida + Alabama region and it could be you!

The annual salary for this position starts at $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. We also offer 401(k) with company match and PTO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues
• Facility management
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations with District Manager support
• P&Ls with District Manager support
• Repair and Maintenance Budget with District Manager support

WORK SCHEDULE

• We're open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Travel 50% or more of the time.
• Weekend, holiday, and night shifts are required.
