Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-property settings.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to travel daily between Romulus hotels.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize urgent issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and warranties.
• Support preventative maintenance and seasonal upkeep across properties.
• Rotate on-call availability for emergency maintenance.
• Assist with capital projects and inventory of maintenance supplies.
