Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance across multiple vacation properties. You will travel between homes, perform repairs on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction.

You’ll supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and stay on top of preventative maintenance while providing excellent customer service in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry preferred.
• 1–2 years in maintenance or property caretaker roles.
• Basic repair skills across appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and workflow to boost productivity.
• Respond to guest issues and perform appliance, HVAC, plumbing repairs as needed.
• Order and track maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Schedule and distribute tickets; perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain homes to ensure guest and owner satisfaction; inspections.
• Foster a collaborative, solution-focused team environment.
• Provide after-hours support and delegate as necessary.
• Meet homeowners for repairs or upgrades; manage vendor relations.
• Maintain hot tubs; drive to multiple properties; travel as required.
• Meet safety standards; participate in on-call coverage.
