Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer responsible for general maintenance and commercial kitchen equipment repair at various Travel Plazas in Western New York. This full-time role supports the Facilities Manager and ensures the maintenance of equipment in a cost-effective manner.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience, particularly in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, and a maintenance van for travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Experience in repairing commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
Familiarity with commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Inspect and perform repairs on food service equipment.
Maintain small appliances and perform minor electrical repairs.
Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
