Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for commercial kitchen equipment and facility maintenance across Delaware and New Jersey. This role involves hands-on repairs of various types of kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Experience in repairing commercial kitchen equipment required.
• Must be familiar with commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on food service equipment.
• Maintain small appliances and conduct minor repairs.
• Travel to various Travel Plazas for maintenance tasks.
