Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Travel is required to support multiple locations within a 75-mile radius of your permanent address.

Premium pay applies: $10/hour premium on all hours, plus weekend and evening/night differentials. Minimum 30 hours per month, and at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and LPN license.
• Minimum 18 years of age and licensure in state.
• IV therapy requirements may apply in North Dakota per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
