Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sanford Health provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care, under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will apply nursing knowledge to assess and care for residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Travel to multiple locations within a 75-mile radius is required; 30 hours per month minimum with at least one weekend shift

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care.
• Assess, administer medications, and document care.
• Collaborate with RN/physician and care team to ensure resident safety and comfort.
