Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Specialty Systems Foreman to lead installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of advanced systems at customer sites.

The role involves supervising teams on multiple projects and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in delivery. The position requires completion of EST Apprenticeship (if applicable), 60-75% travel, and a schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential nights/weekends based on customer demands.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights, weekends and holidays may be required based on customer demands

Responsibilities

• Supervises the installation of specialty systems (5-10 individuals and/or multiple projects) effectively while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
• Performs all the job duties of a Specialty Systems Technician.
• Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio).
• Demonstrates effective Faith Performance Advantage usage.
• Promotes and enforces workplace safety procedures.
• Keeps technical aptitude current.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
