Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin's Sheboygan area is seeking a Specialty Systems Superintendent to lead installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of copper/fiber cabling, CCTV, access control, and related systems.

You will manage field teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality across client sites. Role requires 60-75% travel, flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed, and a background with EST apprenticeship along with NEC/NICET/BICSI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Completion of EST Apprenticeship program (if applicable).
• Knowledge of NEC and BICSI cabling standards.
• Experience supervising multiple technicians on complex installs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) across projects.
• Travels to customer sites to install, troubleshoot and maintain systems.
• Develops project schedules and coordinates with other trades.
• Identifies upsell opportunities and supports estimating and pricing.
• Ensures safety practices and adherence to regulations on site.
