Job summary

Sheltair Aviation seeks an experienced Line Service Manager to provide on-site leadership for daily FBO operations in Orlando, including scheduling, resource management, and equipment maintenance.

You will train staff, enforce safety and corporate standards, coordinate fueling and ground handling across bases, and travel to multiple locations as needed. Proficiency with X1 software is required, and you will mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years aviation experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices and operational training.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (X1) software and ability to train others.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to design, deliver, and manage training programs in both classroom and online settings.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for daily FBO operations including scheduling, resource management, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist or serve as acting Line Service Manager at the base.
• Lead line service activities including fueling, ground handling, and hangar operations with on-site leadership.
• Oversee safety, corporate standards, and compliance across locations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate line service staff; manage onboarding and scheduling.
