A family-owned electrical service company is seeking a motivated Lead Journeyman Electrician in Colorado to manage heavy commercial projects. This role involves leading a team of electricians and performing diverse electrical tasks with a focus on safety. Candidates must hold a valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and be willing to travel. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans, with a pay range of $40 - $45 per hour.

• Strong background in Industrial/Manufacturing systems (24v DC to 480v).
• Proven ability to run larger projects and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a major plus.

Wachter is seeking a motivated, solution-oriented Lead Journeyman Electrician licensed in Colorado for heavy commercial and industrial projects. You will act as the Foreman on-site, leading a team (typically 3-15 electricians) to deliver high-quality installations under tight deadlines. This is a long-term opportunity for a pro who can lead a crew while staying hands-on with complex electrical systems. Traveling specifically but not limited to Colorado, Kansas and New Mexico.

What You'll Do:

• Lead "heavy commercial" projects on industrial sites, managing teams of 4+ Electricians/Apprentices.
• Perform diverse electrical tasks, from small pipe/wire to medium voltage terminations and 3000A switchgear installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and schematics.
• Run/bend conduit and pull/terminate wire in varied environments.
• Operate scissor, boom, and bucket lifts as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Licensing: Valid COLORADO Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Experience: Strong background in Industrial/Manufacturing systems (24v DC to 480v)
• Leadership: Proven ability to run larger projects and hit "time crunch" deadlines
• Safety: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a major plus.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or as a team.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work up to 60 hours per week and travel nationwide.
