Job summary

Olympus Property seeks a Traveling Leasing Consultant to support nine Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities. You will travel between Northeast Albuquerque, Downtown Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, showing and leasing apartments, explaining options, and delivering exceptional service.

You will rotate between properties, manage move-in paperwork, and participate in resident events while maintaining strong product knowledge and a positive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or proven experience in fast-paced sales/retail/hospitality customer-facing roles
• Willingness to commute between Northeast Albuquerque, Downtown Albuquerque, and Santa Fe and to travel across sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain unit options and variations to customers
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge
• Close leases and prepare paperwork for move-ins
• Enter information into internal resident database
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns
• Know the property’s products and plan resident events
