Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Student Success Coach to run life skills workshops for K-8 students across multiple campuses in the United States. You will deliver one-hour workshops, coach students, and use analytics to drive progress, with rapid onboarding at new sites.

The role requires mobility, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years with K-8 students, plus willingness to relocate every 1-3 months. Compensation is $120,000 annually, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time; travel to multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each new campus.
• Document per-student progress and interventions at posting end.
