Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance and repair on water treatment systems across customer sites. You will work with RO, filtration, ion exchange, UF, and other technologies while ensuring safety, quality, and timely service.

The position covers the Great Lakes region (MI, Northern IN, Northern IL, WI, MN, IA). Travel is 80–90%, and candidates must reside in the area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain strict Environment Health & Safety practices at all times.
• Carry out maintenance and calibration activities.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries.
