Veolia Water Technologies in the Great Lakes region is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to deliver operations, maintenance and repair on water treatment systems at customer sites. The role covers media filtration, RO, ion exchange and related processes, requiring strong mechanical, electrical and chemical problem-solving skills.

Travel is extensive (80–90%), you will monitor equipment, perform calibrations, maintain spares, and prepare detailed technical summaries for customers while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform maintenance and calibration activities.
• Carry out analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.) and monitor chemical injection systems.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure site supply.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide detailed technical summaries.
