Veolia Group, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance and repair on water treatment systems at various customer sites. You will work with technologies including RO, filtration, IX, UF, and more, applying strong mechanical, electrical, and chemical problem-solving skills.

This is a traveling role covering the Great Lakes region—MI, Northern IN, Northern IL, WI, MN, and IA. Candidates must reside in the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform maintenance and calibration activities.
• Conduct analytical testing (e.g., turbidity, pH, TOC) and monitor chemical injections.
• Maintain site paperwork and provide technical summaries.
• Travel to client sites across the Great Lakes region.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specs.
