Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Lead Multifamily Superintendent (Travelling Position) to manage on-site operations for a $40+ million garden style apartment project in the Southeast, with travel as required.

As the onsite leader you will direct project staff and subcontractors, ensure schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction, and coordinate with the internal team. Requires 8+ years in garden or podium wrap multifamily construction and experience with cast-in-place and precast garages,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading garden or podium wrap multifamily projects.
• Experience with cast-in-place and precast garage construction is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver large-site projects on time, within budget and safely.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and project staff and subcontractors.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet time and budget goals.
• Negotiate changes with subcontractors and ensure adherence to plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate project activities with company personnel and stakeholders.
• Attend status meetings and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Support estimating and procurement activities during the project lifecycle.
• Travel as required to site visits, meetings, or training.
