Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Lead Multifamily Superintendent (Travelling Position) in Cleburne, TX. The role oversees daily on-site operations, manages project staff and subcontractors, and steers projects from start-up to completion within time and budget goals.

You will travel to multifamily developments, lead safety, schedule, budget and client satisfaction efforts, and collaborate with field teams to deliver Garden Style and Podium Wrap projects valued around $40M+ in scope.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience leading the process in building Garden or Podium Wrap type projects, from start up through completion.
• Preferred experience also with cast-in-place and precast garage construction is preferred
• Proven experience on running large sites and successful completion of schedule, budget, client satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and manage project staff and subcontractors.
• Direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance and client satisfaction across projects.
• Coordinate with division and corporate management; attend status meetings and drive problem-solving efforts.
