Job summary

Vector Construction is seeking experienced Lead Hands to provide hands-on leadership and project oversight on diverse concrete repair and maintenance projects nationwide.

You will mentor crews, interpret technical drawings, coordinate with field management and clients, enforce safety procedures, and help maintain schedules and quality across sites. Expect 90-100% travel with per diem, lodging, and transportation covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in a concrete repair environment.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Commitment to safety culture and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for multiple projects and scopes.
• Mentor crews, coordinate daily work schedules, and liaise with management.
• Interpret technical drawings and apply measurement and math skills on site.
• Maintain site records, safety practices, and client relations.
