Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Lawn Care Technician for a Charlotte, NC company. The role involves traveling nationwide to assist customers with weed and vegetation control, with benefits starting from day one. Direct hire with growth opportunities and a healthcare package.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, hours may vary with weather. Pay rate ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience; candidate must have a valid driver license and be willing to travel and stay

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License and compliant Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and other physical requirements such as walking long distances.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Previous experience in outdoor labor preferred.
• Must be willing to travel for work and stay on site for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Apply Herbicides using backpack sprayers, UTV Mounted Nozzles or Hose Systems.
• Walk powerlines and spray brush as needed
• Drive UTVs through solar fields and spraying turf.
• Navigate drainage canals while handling spray hoses.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
