Job summary

Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking a full-time Lawn Care Technician to work outdoors, visit multiple sites, and take ownership of time management. You will provide lawn care treatments, perform evaluations, and educate customers on lawn health while supporting growth through additional services and commissions.

The role offers paid training, a stable year-round schedule, and potential for higher earnings with top performers. Base pay starts with a $19 minimum, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and provide employment eligibility documentation.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays during peak season.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest management.
• Perform lawn evaluations and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on lawn health and recommend additional services.
• Generate field sales opportunities and earn additional commission.
• Safely handle and apply lawn care products and operate equipment.
• Drive company vehicles and complete daily vehicle/equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records and required paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating with customers and team members.

Schedule

• Full-time position
