Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining clean work environment.
• Organize and transport food items and supplies to various locations.
• Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets, ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and stored.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations with the culinary team.
