Job summary

Nelson Enterprise Technology Services (NETS) is seeking a Program Analyst SME for Cyber Warfare to provide strategic support and resource management for Cyber and C2 initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include advising on Air Force policies, budgeting, and supporting congressional requests.

The successful individual will exhibit strong engagement skills, high attention to detail, and integrity in their approach. Travel may be required as mission needs dictate, with options for telecommuting where applicable.

Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience in program analysis and project management.
• Experience in the Air Force at HQ or MAJCOM level.
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic development and coordination for Cyber and C2 resources.
• Facilitate budgeting and congressional requests for cyber initiatives.
• Advise on Air Force policies and implementation of 3CIT capabilities.
