Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology completed and verified prior to start, plus 3 years’ IT experience in a manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED completed and verified prior to start, plus 6 years’ IT experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of the NexThink platform, monitor platform health, collector deployment status, and data quality.
• Support development and testing of Nexthink Automated Actions and Flows, and identify opportunities for proactive remediation.
