Job summary

OASIS Alignment Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep industrial equipment operating at peak performance. You will install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery while troubleshooting mechanical and alignment issues across diverse sites. Travel throughout the Midwest and occasionally across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, mechanical repair, or related experience.
• A technical degree, apprenticeship, or trade certification.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Trainee opportunities are available for candidates with foundational machining knowledge; trainee pay rate applies until CNC Machinist qualifications met within one year.

Responsibilities

• Installing, dismantling, repairing, and rebuilding industrial machinery.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and alignment-related issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Making precision mechanical adjustments and alignments.
• Supporting machinery installations and plant projects.
• Working directly with customers to deliver technical solutions.
• Traveling throughout the Midwest and occasionally across the U.S.
