Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial electrical or maintenance experience.
• Associate’s degree, technical training, or hands-on experience in electronics, AC/DC systems, PLCs, and electro‑mechanical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution and industrial drives.
• Ability to travel 50–70% (U.S. & Canada).
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems (up to 12kV).
• Work on motors (up to 300 HP), VFDs, and MCCs.
• Diagnose PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Parker).
• Perform preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and support production environments.
• Travel to client sites across the U.S. and Canada.
• Complete service documentation and prepare for the next assignment.
