Job summary

Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc. (PIC) is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction General Foreman to provide field leadership and oversee multiple crews and Foremen on industrial construction projects.

The General Foreman will coordinate manpower, production, materials, equipment, and schedules with the Superintendent and Project Management team, while ensuring safety and quality across sites. This traveling role requires strong field leadership and the ability to manage varied

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of multiple crews and foremen.
Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules to plan activities.
Strong communication with superintendents, PMs, and field staff.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to multiple foremen, crafts, and field personnel.
Coordinate daily/weekly activities to meet milestones and schedules.
Develop manpower plans and allocate employees across scopes of work.
Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and work packages to plan activities.
Monitor productivity and progress across crews and adjust priorities as needed.
Enforce safety expectations and conduct field inspections for quality.
