Job summary

Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc. (PIC) seeks an experienced Industrial Construction General Foreman to lead field operations on industrial projects.

You will supervise multiple crews and Foremen, coordinating with the Superintendent and Project Management to align manpower, materials, equipment, safety, and schedules. Responsibilities include directing daily activities, reviewing plans, and ensuring quality and safety while meeting milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial construction experience with Foreman-level leadership.
• Experience managing multiple crews or scopes of work simultaneously.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends and overtime as project conditions require.
• Able to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to multiple Foremen, craft crews, and field personnel.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work activities to meet milestones and schedules.
• Develop manpower plans and allocate employees across scopes of work.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and work packages to plan activities.
• Coordinate resources (manpower, materials, tools, equipment) for field operations.
• Monitor productivity and adjust priorities across crews.
• Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and completion of work.
• Identify delays or constructability issues and develop solutions.
• Communicate manpower needs and schedule concerns to supervision.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and timekeeping as required.
• Mentor Foremen and develop field leadership.
