• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.

Responsibilities

• Convert home visits into comprehensive health evaluations within patient homes.
• Travel up to 100% across defined coverage area as defined by business needs.
