Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. You’ll travel up to 100% of the time across a defined coverage area, performing 45-minute visits with medication/history reviews and physical evaluations.

MDs and DOs with active licenses in coverage areas are required; multi-state licenses may be needed. Full-time benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.

Responsibilities

• Bring your heart into every visit and join a national network of clinicians.
• Visit millions of people nationwide to connect them with the right care.
• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinician colleague.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated (e.g., spirometry).
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
